About Ernie Dimalanta:

Ernie Dimalanta is the Founder and CEO of Dimalanta Design Group, as well as the creator of Out&Out Marketing® which involves executing simple, disciplined, and perpetual marketing tactics that are targeted, relevant, and personal. A graduate of Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois, he was President of a marketing agency for five years before launching his own in 2009 where he has now worked with 300+ clients over the span of 15 years.  As an industrial marketer, he has been consulting with manufacturers since 2004 applying lean methodologies to his marketing strategies. Dimalanta believes, “Growth is accelerated when marketing and branding strategies are in alignment with quality products and great customer service.”
